We’ve handpicked these spots because they’ve been part of Cancun’s journey and growth, making them extra special.

Ever tried esquites or elote in a cup? If not, you’re in for a treat! While it’s not a traditional taco, it features the key ingredient—corn, a staple of Mexican cuisine since ancient times. We’ll take you to taquerias where you can savor a mouthwatering shrimp-stuffed chile relleno taco. Is it spicy? You’ll have to find out! But don’t worry, we have plenty of options if you want to play it safe, like a delicious fish taco cooked in the classic street market style.

Since we’re in the Yucatan Peninsula, you can’t miss out on the local flavors with a delicious Panucho, the Yucatecan taco. How about trying beef brisket cooked Mexican-style in a taco?
