Deborah25 days agoI attended this tour as a solo traveler and if its your first time here I definitely recommend it. Saul and luis made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The tacos were delicious and was extremely full by the end of the tour but I couldnt say no to more tacos. Its also a great way to see around that area for future visits.Posted on Airbnb

Every spot was important to Mexico tacos were so good and you definitely get a great amount at the end my belly was so full I couldn’t eat the dessert at the end but was able to take it home after and the churros were delicious I highly recommend this tour and shoot I would even do it again.Posted on Airbnb

Olivia DeBoard33 days agoOur Taco Attack food tour was so great! Antonio took us to five great places while explaining the historical/cultural significance of each place and the surrounding areas. We walked through neighborhoods and got to see more of downtown Cancun than we would have on our own. Standouts were the Mexican coffee at the first stop and the fish tacos at Pescaditos! Linda37 days agoFirst of all clarify the exact meet up place before arriving. My special group which adopted me at the site were fabulous and our guide Antonio was great at his job; going over and beyond the call of duty. We ate various tacos and drank special Mexican drinks. We had tequila tasting and shopped prior to getting ice cream and/or sorbet. Please bring your own additional water because it is hot as Hades while walking, sitting and/or standing. Nicole Galloway38 days agoSaul was seriously the best! We did Chichen Itzá, Uayama cenote and ate at a little local spot where we got to make tortillas in the kitchen. He knew so much about the history of Mexico and the indigenous peoples. He was fun and joined us for the activities. It felt he was just part of our family. He took pics of us and with us. The shrimp taco we still dream about!!!! So many tacos and delicious authentic churros that we did not get at our resort. Jillian Becker45 days agoWe had a great day exploring Mexico with our tour guide Saul with Tulaka Mexican Travel. We booked a private tour with Saul and he took our family zip lining, to a cenote and snorkeling in ocean. After that he took us to a local restaurant to try authentic Mexican food. For any families traveling to Mexico, we highly recommend booking a private tour that allows you to experience the day on your own schedule. We arrived to the zip lining and cenote early in the morning before all of the crowds arrived and had the whole place to ourselves. During the snorkeling, our daughter didn’t want to get in the water so Saul stayed back to watch her while my husband and I got our own private snorkeling tour. We then were able to choose from multiple options for lunch and Saul translated and explained the menu options for us. Along with that, Saul took pictures and videos throughout the whole day so we were able to enjoy the day while he captured the moments. You can also tell that Saul has kids because he was very patient and engaging with our daughter. She loved hanging out with him and we all had a memorable day. Najha K50 days agoYou won’t regret it!!!!! EXPERIENCE: 10/10 !!! I had the pleasure of doing my Tour with Antonio, and he was great! He was very knowledgeable on the culture and knew a lot of cool spots. I went solo, but he definitely made me feel comfortable and his vibe was truly amazing! Now let’s talk about the food and drinks: I had a few tacos along the way in a market area (SOOO YUMMY) and some tacos in a few restaurants (very authentic), had some eqsuite (delicious but spicy), and had some shots for the tequila tasting! I felt safe and was having fun in doing so, I would recommend to others and solo travelers!! Shoutouts to Antonio, he’s the BESTTTT !!!Posted on Viator

We never would have ordered the stuff he got us which made the experience that much better. He was a fun tour guide that became like a friend by the end. I would highly recommend this tour. Jessi Roque84 days agoWe did the Taco Attack Tour with the man, the myth, the legend, Saul, and his equally knowledgeable and fun sidekick, Antonio. We had some amazing tacos, my personal favorite being the Tacos Al Pastor! 🌮 We also got to try some incredible mezcal and tequila while learning about the history and process behind how they're made. Maria B85 days agoHighly recommend this tour I recently booked the "Taco Attack Street Food" tour, and it exceeded all expectations. Since this was my first food excursion, I wasn't sure what to expect and worried we might leave hungry. We were completely wrong. Saul and Antonio did an amazing job selecting the food stops and sharing fascinating facts about the local culture, food, and tequila. Every single taco was delicious! joyfina n155 days agoBest Private tour We booked two tours with Tulaka—one to explore the Mayan ruins and another for snorkeling in Puerto Morelos—and had the best time on both days. Saul, our tour guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even more enjoyable. There was no rush at all, and he’s such a fun and easygoing person to be around. There’s more taco tasting ( full serving size) and only 2 small shots of tequila and one glass of frozen drink which was so delicious. michelle b168 days agoFamily Tour Day We had a great day with Saul! He was able to tailor our trip, since we had 2 young children, ages 3 and 6 in our group. We were picked up in a comfortable van for our group of 8 and the early pickup allowed us to enter the park before the crowds. We also went to a family friendly cenote, the highlight of our trip! Thank you also for allowing us to have time for souvenir shopping, a quick lunch at a taco stand at Tulum and a drive through Akumal. At the end of the day, we also got to stop for palatas (ice cream on a stick!) at a local grocery store plaza, which we had been craving all week! Gracias!!Posted on Getyourguide

Christlen S185 days agoDon’t be afraid to leave the resort! Worth it We had a great time exploring the city’s local cuisine and experiencing Yucatán culture. Saúl was a great guide! Very knowledgeable about not just the food, but the history of the city, architecture, and ancestry. He would go out of his way to provide anything we requested and would say “for you to be happy is the most important thing”. There was never a second where we felt unsafe or uncomfortable. We even got to see a traditional dancing show performed by locals inside of Parque Las Palapas which was really cool! Come on an empty stomach and prepare to be STUFFED. We ate about 8 different foods plus had a few drinks. Tacos, esquites, churros, tostadas, margarita, fresh juice, and more! The camarondilla was our FAVORITE. The tour was fun and Antonio was an excellent guide/host. We would have liked a wider variety of stops.
