An Extraordinary Yucatán Adventure with Exceptional Guides, Breathtaking Sights, and Authentic Experiences  - Saúl and Luis were exceptional tour guides who truly made our trip unforgettable. Their deep knowledge of ancient Mayan and Mexican history, paired with their great sense of humor truly reflected their genuine passion for what they do. This was my boyfriend’s first trip outside the United States and they made us feel incredibly welcomed; treating us like old friends from the moment we arrived.

Despite being only three days long, our trip was packed with incredible experiences. We enjoyed a boat ride around Rio Lagartos, swam in the Hubiku Cenote, and toured Valladolid, Izamal, and Mérida. We also explored the awe-inspiring ruins of Chichen Itza, Kinich Kakmó, and Uxmal, all while savoring authentic tacos and a traditional Yucatan meal. The journey was filled with amazing food, breathtaking sights, and the most wonderful people. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Thank you both for creating such remarkable memories!

We are coming back  - We had a great guide Saul very knowledgeable and funny went out of his way to make sure everyone was safe and happy, our granddaughter had a problem with her braces Saul phoned ahead and sorted a dentist, food was great, and the sites did not disappoint

We are from Asia and it’s our first time to South America and everything turned out way above our expectations. I love how they are still so passionate about what they do, they swam, put mud on, sweat, drove for many hours and still are so energetic and smiley. We really saluted them. This past Christmas, I made a holiday trip to Cancún. I wanted to spend a day seeing more of the city than I had before, and from a less touristy viewpoint than the usual tours generally offer. I booked a private tour for the day with Saul of Tulaka México. Saul picked me up at my hotel along with another tour guide, Luis, and a very nice driver named Arturo. The three of them spent the day showing me parts of Cancún I didn’t know existed. I had been to Mercado 23 on my previous trip, but they took me to their favorite vendor. We had the most delicious tlacoyos and gorditas de nata. Yum! They also drove me out to Costa Mujeres so I could see some Mayan ruins (and LOTS of iguanas) and a beautiful church on the beach. The closest thing we did to something touristy was a stop at Mercado 28 for tequila tasting and jewelry shopping (a dangers but fruitful combo). We ended the day at one of their favorite local restaurants, where they introduced me to dishes I have never had.

It was an absolutely fantastic day. And all three of these guys were so helpful and kind. They didn’t act like they were at work. They acted like the four of us were hanging out having a fun day together, which made the day so much more fun for me. I laughed a lot, and we had great conversations. And of course, being a woman traveling alone, they gave me a chance to see so much in places I might not have known if I could go on my own. They also helped me see more of Cancún than the tourist spots and all-inclusive resorts, which was exactly what I wanted. They really listened and delivered exactly what I hope for! I can’t exaggerate how highly I recommend booking tours with these guys!

Looking for an amazing private tour in the Mexican Riviera? Better book Saul! The day started with a 6am pickup at the hotel, a stop for breakfast tacos (which were yummy) and an arrival at the Tulum ruins by 8 am. Saul answered the copious questions from our 2 kids (8&12) during the tour. Then it was as off to the lagoon for a chill swim and lots of amazing photo ops. Next up was lunch in Tulum. The day ended with a tour of a cenote. The whole family crashed in the van on the way home. Awesome day!

Hands down, this was definitely a great foodie experience. Had my first authentic taco and tasted some amazing tequila! Luis was an exceptional guide and his knowledge of Mexico’s history made this a two for one experience; almost a walking and tasting tour in one. Thanks Luis! This city and taco tour was one of the highlights of our vacation in Cancun. My husband and I were the only guests on this tour so Saul provided a private and first class tour. We ate at four restaurants, shopped at a local store (which included various tequila tastings, at least fifteen), and visited a flea market and street carnival where we had churros to finish our tour. By the third restaurant, we were completely full. During the tour, Saul provided cold water and beer (welcomed due to the heat). Most of the tour was conducted while driving in an air conditioned passenger van. Saul explained the rich history of Cancun and shared his personal experiences as we toured the city. In addition, he was very accommodating and always ensured we had enough to eat and drink. At the end of our tour, Saul returned us to our resort, which was extremely kind as that service was not included. Based on our experience, we gave Saul a generous tip. I highly recommend Saul and Malaka Mexico tours! You will not be disappointed! Saul, you are amazing! We'll talk about our excursion for years to come. God bless you!

One word to describe this tour is "EXTRAORDINARY" - Great communication, Class Professionalism, Personal Care and best of all Passion for Mexico and Mexican Food - Sal and Louis are amazing fellows from the moment they picked up till the time they dropped off we had nothing but Fun and information about Cancun and what it has to offer.

They are locals and they know their places and they know what to order and when to order - they paced out the tour in such a way that you never for a single moment felt downtime or bored or tired. They have organized this tour in such a way that there is no reason for anyone to feel that they could had it better otherwise.

We thought of doing a taco tour by our own and I am SOOO glad we did not - my wife really wanted to try local tacos and cuisine and we did a lot more activities throughout our stay in Cancun and this for her just hit the HOME RUN, she could not content herself with the authenticity of the food and local restaurants.

These guy are professionals and maintain a very professional yet friendly environment and also follow all CDC guide lines and make sure you feel comfortable with everything.

They will go above and beyond - even if you jokingly tell them that you wanted to eat or drink something - they will make sure you get that experience you are looking for and they do not shy away from feeding you.

It feels like a friend is helping you explore the city his way and you are there visiting him and just having a great time.

I WOULD HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and urge everyone to support their business - just two authentic guys trying to build a name and providing excellent service.

If you love foodie tours with good local flavor, you can’t beat this one! Saul is a fantastic guide, really made sure we had a great time. We felt safe and learned so much about the history of Cancun and the Mayan Culture.

Saul is amazing so knowledgeable, such a mensch. Great to get along with , knows a lot about the Mayan history, food , the jungle, snorkeling and everything else. We are so spoiled with him , that its is going to be hard if we go somewhere else. . We did 4 Days of Private tours and every day was better then the day before . We had so many great experiences, it was a memorable vacation. We went to Senotes, had dinner at a Mayan family, had honey right from the hive, we saw monkeys, snorkeled and Saul had such a special surprise at the end of our trip . He had arranged Margaritas and ceviche in the water in Cozumel . We hope to do this again with Saul in the near future.

We did 2 tours with Saul. Each was.wonderful. Saul is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The first tour we did was a food tour and that was very nice. We were so impressed with him that we booked a new tour with him. This tour was so good we think it was one of the best ones we had. First we went for a nice snorkeling expedition, witch was.great followed.by a swim in 2 cenotes. Then we had the most amazing lunch in a seafood restaurant. Yes Saul will be our go to man for tours in Cancun area

Saul is a fantastic, patient, kind tour guide with a superflexible personality and vast knowledge of all the Yucatan possibilities for travelers. We booked 2 tours: #1: Las Coloradas + Ria Logarta + cenotes for an inter generational experience with grandparents and school age kids. Everyone was thrilled- lots of nature with flamingos and salt flats followed by boat trip with eagle, pelican and crocodile sightings/coaxings, diy mud experience (grandparents skipped that aspect) ++.
Tour #2: Mayan culture then and now: We then spent another day with Saul that was more of a choose your own adventure. We described our interests (eco, local, community, off the beaten path) and ended up with a literally perfect tour day. There was an early breakfast at a taco stand before bicycle rental and tour at Coba, then a community run eco-jungle adventure involving zip lines, cenote, and canoeing - finished off by a delicious lunch at the home of a local family.
The design of the days, the enthusiasm and teaching, the overall awesomeness of our tours was all thanks to Saul. Lo mejor!

Fabulous day with lots of variety. Saul’s enthusiasm, knowledge and sense of humour made it exciting and interesting.
We started off at Coba, where he gave us loads of info. Then on to our walk through the jungle following a blessing from the local shaman. Kayaking on the beautiful lake and zipline over part of it. Great time in a beautiful cenotes which we were lucky to have all to ourselves. Fantastic home cooked food with a local Mayan family and an unplanned bonus visit to a organic fruit and vegetable garden.
Throughout the day Saul was always very flexible and willing to do whatever we wanted.
Saul really cares about the community he is working with and is striving to ensure that they are treated fairly and with respect whilst offering travellers an authentic experience.

Espectacular experiencia!!  - Solo puedo decir que inmejorable e inolvidable. Saúl se adaptó a absolutamente todo lo que le dijimos, fue guía chófer y amigo los días que estuvimos con el. Adaptó sus tours a las ideas que nosotros teníamos y aprovechó para incluir planes que nos gustasen, y vivir más la experiencia, por ejemplo, coincidió el Día de los muertos y nos llevo a verlo en diferentes lugares.

Otra manera de visitar México, con un servicio excelente, personalizado, sin hacer filas interminables, sin preocuparnos por los pases de entrada .

TOUR LAGUNA DE BACALAR  - Un servicio impecable. Durante nuestro tour en bote conocí el canal de los piratas, disfruté de la laguna y conocí el lodo azufrado. Recorrí la “Línea de Cenotes” , La Isla de las aves y el Fuerte de San Felipe. El Pic Nic a bordo del barco delicioso, lo principal fue el open bar, Fruta y botanas que nuestro guía certificado con su genial sentido del humor hizo que nuestro viaje familiar tenga hermosos recuerdos y hermosas fotografías.
